Congrats Auburn on Sugar Bowl (from LSU fan)

I don't think either team is worthy of a Sugar Bowl birth. But Auburn is clearly the hot team at this point, so no argument here. I am just hoping for LSU to play a decent opponent in the bowl game!
I am curious as to what the committee was thinking dropping you a spot after your dominant end of the season run? I would like for some people in the know to weigh in. Thanks, and good luck to you.

I think they had the inside scoop that Aranda was off to Austin and just did not want to risk further harm to LSU in their current condition that the tender lovings of a good bowl opponent would render unto them.

You seem a little upset about this whole sugar bowl thing. Maybe you should make a thread on the SECr where reasonable posters will provide you helpful insight and comfort

The game was decided on the field and LSU won. After a review, the decision was overturned based on a subjective decision.
Ill concede that Auburn is better at this point in the season.

That's what I am saying. Two schools with the same record, go to the head the head. I understand them getting rustled about their ranking, but do not claim superiority over a team that beat you. The games really do count.
