It was a nice victory for Oklahoma; saved the face of the program. It highlighted the talents of players that took two years to truly see how great they were. The loss didn't hinder Alabama. It was more of a victory because of what was to come. We saw how damn good Henry was. Had he been utilized more, Bama would have won. But it's all good. Two years later, Heisman winner. Sugar Bowl loss meant nothing for Bama. Last year and year before resulted in 2 CFP appearances and a national title. You have no reason to be salty about the loss to OU.
Lot of fellow OU fans still gloat about it, more than actually making it to the CFP last year. I'm not salty at all but damn sure wish OU was in Bama's shoes right now.
