Actually it's not "ridiculous" but it is comparing two disappointments to see which was worse. For A&M we had 3 close losses and one really bad loss. Plenty of "what if" crap to second guess but WGAF? We hoped to compete for the SEC/NC and ended up 8-4.
UGA had some bigger wins but had some worse losses. You also had Championship aspirations and plenty of "what if" scenarios that also nobody GAF.
I suppose you could say that at least for the USC game that UGA "put it all together" while A&M didn't really have that game this year. Congrats?
Let's check back after the bowl game for the least disappointing team with high aspirations to start the season but finished in the middle of the pack trophy. Yay!
