12- No. Best A&M team of the SEC era but lost to second place East team at home. Georgia was the better team.
13- No. Lost to East champ Mizzou. Mizzou was better.
14- No. Lost to East champ Mizzou on home field. Mizzou was better. A&M went 7-5
15- Probably not. East was hot garbage, but A&M was very inconsistent and had a mess at QB for most of the year.
So maybe you could find some round about way they would have won it in 15 (but again they probably wouldn't have) certainly doesn't equate to A&M having a "few" East titles though even if you squint really hard. It's much more likely they'd have as many East titles as they do West titles.

Mizzou has been the better program, but I'm not sure how they'll hold up going forward with the coaching change.
