Which is true. There's no question it's easier in principle to go through Ohio State and Oregon/FSU than Bayor/TCU and Oregon/FSU. But if we look at it as Title or Bust (and with Bama's success, I don't think 'It's an honor just to be invited' really cuts it) then the long-term value of being able to prep for your semi-final opponent and Oregon has a certain value.

Dude. Baylor & TCU just happen to be the top teams in a conference that are probably a rung below the SEC East this year. They would have put up about as much of a fight against Bama as Missouri did, maybe less.
