Most of our roster returns. Should make a little noise this year. Can't wait to see which Top 5 team we sweep and follow it up by an inexplicable series loss to some cupcake like Tennessee.

11 is probably a little high, but we brought in a really strong class, and we were REALLY banged up throughout the entirety of last year. This team will be much improved.

Hopefully, Johnson can harness the velocity plus help with control issues; something Butch never could seem to do both. I hear we have a little more pop than in the past with some young players plus Humphreys and Rooker had good Fall season.

vs #28 Maryland (3)
vs #14 Oregon (1)
vs #18 Houston (3)

Pretty good OOC home slate for the first year in the New Joe for Alabama.

Meh...Would have figured Arkansas would have been top 15 based on returning pitching alone.

Not nearly as much as it depends on hitting. We've lost 7 hitters off of last years starting lineup

You have an excellent point there. I for see an up and down year with LSU.

Of course with us its Omaha or bust

Thank God! I am just glad Bregman, Laird (seems like he was there for 10 years) and Foster are gone.

I think #35 is about right for a team that missed the NCAA tournament the year prior. There's definitely talent on this team, we've had top 10 classes the last 5 years straight.. so in my opinion Holbrook has to get SC back to the tournament this year. If not, then it's obviously a coaching issue because we have more talent than the majority of teams ranked higher.

Super Regionals would be nice. Omaha, even better.

It's like Arkansas fans think they're a baseball school or something...

Kiss the rings.

We have a baseball team.

A bunch of people show up to watch the games.

These people have been waiting 14 years and counting for DVH to win championship of some kind.

This had better change drasticly by the time SEC play begins or Chad Holbrook needs to find a new job.
What's so bad about being ranked behind Arkansas? We've made Omaha 3 of the last 6 years and you're 1-5 against us in the past two meetings.

Congrats on having a great run with a coach that is no longer employed by your school. Means absolutely nothing in this year's rankings, which you are 11 spots behind us in. As it stands, you haven't made Omaha in 3 years. We were there just last year.
