It was a joke among the students when we were 2-4 and Darius went along with it.

I think this is the type of year we actually beat Bama if we ever do with Saban.
We aren't going to ever beat them with how well he motivates his team for big games and for our rivalry game when everyone is telling them that we are "back" and going to beat them.
We will beat Bama when we are better then people think and Bama isn't respecting us (think 2015).
Not saying it will happen but I won't be surprised if this game is close and we have a shot at the end this year.

We are both large state schools in south carolina.

One day, hopefully soon, LSU will beat Bama. When that day comes you will still be able to say Bama beat LSU however many times in a row, but it is going to be so incredibly sweet to see all you gumps humbled, if only for a little while.
