Danny Ford is in there because of Clemson. Why is Arkansas claiming him?

As I stated before, no one is trying to claim him. I listed all coaches that coached in the SEC and all schools they coached at, obviously Spurrier didn't get famous from coaching at USCe but someone asked me to add him so I did.

Larry Seivers Tennessee
From my hometown...2x consensus All-American. I remember meeting him when I was 7 years old. Great guy. I would love to see him get in.

It surprised me that he was snubbed last year. Really there's no reason Seivers and Jackie have been passed over like this.
Oh and I've always loved the suitcase and cigar man pic. I believe he was actually an equipment manager but he looks like he's there to hand out payment right then and there.

Tennessee really needs to start a campaign for him.
2x All American + Sophomore All American
NCAA record holder for Ints returned for TD
1st Black Captain in SEC history
Bear Bryant had to create a scheme just to stop Walker, using 3 linemen to block him, even called it the "Jackie Walker Play".
Ask any Bama fan who saw him play, just how good he was.
There is absolutely no way he doesn't belong in the CFHOF.

Both the Bama candidates are very deserving, as are all the others. Looks like a quality list to me.

The same reason A&M claims Stallings & Bryant.
Everyone knows Bryant became a HOF coach at Bama & Gene Stalings had a losing record at A&M.

Used to work with his daughter and have met him several times, really great guy.

Danny Ford has no business getting in.
Peyton, Spurrier, Nguyen, and Brown should all be shoe-ins.

69 charges for 150 NCAA rules violations between 1878-82 and then 14 more charges for NCAA rules violations between 1984-88. his plaque will be placed next to Switzer's and include an inspirational special mention to Cheatin Charley Pell.
hope the ceremony goes better than the night he was inducted into the Orange Bowl HOF

As far as I know that is fairly common with all programs even if a coach didn't achieve a majority of his success at the said school.
