Pickens did just allocate $1M to renovate an old sheep barn into their new student union. now that may actually make Aggies jealous. traditions and all.

yes Sarge. sheep barn. they don't have the $$$$ y'all do so it probably won't be up to TxAM standards when it's completed.
I'd imagine one in College Station would have a receiving area much like a Chicken Ranch in Nevada along with A/C. Pickens will fall way short of that, though still posting signs next to pens of animals that kick in order to promote safe sex.

that isn't going to be the student union. student union is a 15 year new build near that barn. the barn is just going to a hangout area.

it cracks me up, you been doing deep dives into the Clemson website to know about the barn renovation. i doubt even a lot of students and alumni know about it.
i think the barn is one of the cool things about Clemson. got that rustic old school vibe

hey Tiller - the Anderson Independent is in no way a deep dive into Pickens Tech archives. it took less than 2 seconds with google, which is about the average time a sheep has to escape a tater student's advances, especially after a loss.

Wow ... that's what the Clemson house looks like these days?
Used to be a nice place back in the day. I've actually had some good times there. Had good friends that went to Clemson and that place was sort of a gathering place back in the day - students used to go back and forth visiting between the two campuses back then.
That building cannot be that old because it was a relatively new building when I was a kid.
