Seriously ... I had a dream last night, and it was realistic as heck, that the SEC had adopted MMA/UFC as a scholarship sport except instead of it being in cages it took place on the football fields inside human rings made from the fighters ... and I was walking around watching the various fights but then I sort of lifted into the air and was swimming through the air watching all the fights.

I made note that SCAR was kicking arse in their fight against Arkansas for whatever reason, but that Bert was actually fighting Boom and Bert was throwing haymakers while Boom was floating like a butterfly and stinging like a bee.

I saw Kirby pounding Saban but then a bunch of Bama fighters jump in the ring and meele ensued.

Then I noticed Frank Martin was fighting some young guy I didn't recognize from Ole Miss ... but it was weird because it was a younger version of Martin, from his bouncer days, and he was dealing.

Butch Jones was taking a beating from Jim McElwain but McElwain was bald, had shaved his head, and had his teeth kicked out by a tall black guy when he wasn't looking and then Jones jumped on McElwain's back and started trying to gouge his eyes out. But because he was bald, Jones lost his grip and slipped off and when he did McElwain turned and kicked him in the nuts so hard that Jones flew over into the pit where Saban and Smart and the meele was happening and they all started literally stomping on Jones and suddenly Jones looked really small, almost like an infant with Jones' head, and he was screaming and begging for them to stop but they stomped him to death I think ... but I must have been suffering from sleep apnea at that time because I woke up all tense and breathing heavy gasping for air.

Then I tried to go back to sleep so I could see who else was fighting, because I remembered there were student-athletes fighting as well, but not players ... more like guys in their late 20s to mid 30s, and fighting in the stands too ... and I think we were at Vaught Hemingway for some reason. Probably because of the thread on the renovations yesterday I guess.

Weird damn dream.

I had a dream a week or two ago that I beat Stephen Curry in a game of horse.
