No reason to be pissed. We take care of business against Bama and Mizzou/USCe then I like our chances. If we don't, then it won't matter where the coaches have us ranked this week. Besides I have no doubt that SC is going to take care of the Clemson issue in the coaches poll. That's the great thing about it. No matter how retarded the voters are, it will be settled on the field

We have been ahead of Clemson in the BCS for weeks...it won't change.

The coaches poll has, and always will be, skewed because of the coercion and collaboration that takes place within the ACC coaches' circle.

Check their votes. They always grossly overrate their own.

Personally, I'm glad they decided to go above and beyond illustrating their ignorance this week ... it simply means SCAR will be knocking-off the #4 team rather than the #6 team. It'll all work itself out in the end.

WTF Clemson?

Folks are trying to pump up FSU's SOS.

South Carolina needs to handle that business and expose their arse for the barely top 20 team they really are.

Clemson WAY to high. They haven't beaten a single good team.

FSU just dismantled them down to the nuts and bolts.

I'll take Auburn, Mizzou, and OKST's losses before Clemson's.

It's gonna stay that way because they don't want UCF ranked in the Top 17 for BCS reasons.

Unless I am wrong, UCF cannot go BCSing unless they are ranked in the Top 17?

The fact that Louisville is still over them and they almost dropped one to Memphis this weekend just further reinforces that the ACC is protecting their future investment.

I'm not saying you should be worried, but you should at least understand the impact to the polls. I don't believe there is any reasonable way auburn wins the next two games. HOWEVER,

If auburn were to win the SEC with one loss, EVERYTHING hinges on how close you can get to tOSU in the human polls to allow the computers to vault you over. You should assume that IF you do your part, you will finish third behind FSU and tOSU. They might lose, but the odds are they won't at this point.

If FSU is #1, then it doesn't matter how far ahead of you they finish. You won't catch them, so it's all about Ohio State. YOU WILL NEED EVERY VOTE POSSIBLE IN THE HUMAN POLLS. It's not just about ranking in the final BCS, it's about the formula. The formula doesn't just look at who finishes where, it looks at vote totals.

auburn has more of a shot than I ever dreamed at this point, and it's an interesting conversation. We'll crush that conversation this weekend, but until then, I enjoy the speculation.

AAC still has the old Big East autobid. So they're still a BCS team winning that conference.

Yes and no... UCF will still go to a BCS bowl as the AAC champ. But if UCF stays below 16 in the final BCS standings, the coaches all but guarantee that one of Fresno or NIU will be gift-wrapped to them

I wouldn't worry about Clemson too much. South Carolina should take care of business against them next week.

AU has no chance to jump undefeated OSU in BCS, none.

Gift-wrapped to whom? Fresno or NIU will face UCF in a BCS bowl game? Which one, which BCS bowl? Or are you saying the ACC Champ will face one of the lesser teams in a BCS bowl?

Every year the internet is loaded with such "confident" statements, and EVERY YEAR you get proven wrong, yet you're right back the next year with your assumptions and bold comments.

I don't know what will happen, and neither do you. I do know the formula, and what HAS happened. Until you KNOW how the voters vote in that last poll, you are SPECULATING. A lot of people out there thought Oregon was invincible a short time ago, and there's still about the same amount of time left in the season.

I view Clemson like the Boise State team of 2011. Early win against UGA pumps them up too much and we have to endure the media hype until they get exposed. FSU exposed them, SCAR will do it again.

Don't let us down, Cocks. I will forgive you for all the trolling of Mizzou if you take care of this.

They have little chance. MIZZOU has the same problem if they win out. Need help from MichState (My dad's alma).
