Gaining some votes in the BYE week. Not bad.

Ohio state at #1 completely invalidates this poll.
They've scraped by against sub par competition.
LSU hasn't played anyone either , but better comp than tOSU, and has looked somewhat better in doing so.
I wouldn't rank Bama ahead of aTm or Florida. Too many turnovers keeps Bama from worthiness.

That just seems like you being biased because there are several very highly ranked teams who have looked far worse than them.

Of course bias is involved, it's a subjective statement.

Based on what I've seen, though, I really do think that everyone in the Top 15 except MSU would beat the Noles on a neutral field.

Are you really surprised? No team & coach benefits more from their name and rep like Bama

First off, not a Texas homer.

But in all fairness they are two shitty special team plays away from potentially being 4-2. I'd probably pick them to beat Duke and Toledo. So ya, I'd say 4 pts and tied with TTU is about right.

Bama: reputation and marquee name. Not a troll on Bama either, btw: they've been the team to beat in the SEC for awhile, and until they fall apart, they likely will be the highest team with however many losses they have.

Florida behind A&M: if both run the table, A&M has the better conference schedule. LSU + Bama + Ole Miss vs LSU + East teams.

None of this matters; if Florida (or Ole Miss) run through the rest of their schedule and win the SEC championship, they will pass everyone.
