Ed is 10 years younger than Saban. When Saban was Ed's age he had won exactly one championship, failed miserably in the NFL and was busy losing to UL-Monroe. I think a Dabo-like emergence is very likely with O especially considering the talent and supporting cast around him. Everyone laughing/writing him off early bc LSU didn't hire Bill Belichick are miserable losers who bitch about literally everything in their miserable lives.

And 10 years ago, O went 3-21 in the SEC. Saban was on a different planet than O then and now.

He went 3-21 at ole freakin miss 10 years ago while on probation. Saban was a barely .500 coach at a mid tier big 10 team at the same age. What else you got hoss?
