Coach O as a recruiter

So I keep hearing over and over right now that LSU just knocked it out of the park with the coach O hire.
Sorry if this is on the wrong board, but can some posters tell me who some of Ed's biggest gets on the recruiting trail have been? I'm not looking to start a fight here, I just don't have much info on YawYaw as a recruiter and I want to see what to expect from him going forward. Please don't be mean to me.

remember the class that Kiffen brought in at his 1 year in TN?

and with O being from LA, living in LA, having all the connections in LA, I think most LSU fans feel that he will greatly help keep the elite LA talent in LSU and keep A&M and Bama from stealing recruits

He recruited his arse off at Ole Miss, USC, and UT.
Not going to research which players though because I'm lazy. The evidence is there though if someone else wants to look it up.

He pulled Ole Miss out of the dark ages. He got guys like Michael Oher, Greg Hardy, Mike Wallace, John Jerry and Dexter McCluster when there wasn't a good reason to play for Ole Miss at the time. He pretty much changed the recruiting culture there.

I read that book where he was like really close to getting Joe McKnight to visit Ole Miss and that Elliott guy flipped to MSU late on him and wouldn't let him have an in home visit or something. GOAT closer

He saw something in several 3 star guys at OM that eventually made it to the league.

all come to mind. There are plenty more. We were one bag drop away from getting Joe McKnight fwiw.
