He was interim coach. He has never won one as a actual Head Coach

They did beat A&M and Arkansas on the road last year, but they didn't win their road game against Florida in Baton Rouge

That's not really legit, then. They have enough to pick on Coach O without having to resort to this.

While i agree, all of the 0 homers that were arguing for him being hired last year were touting his interim record...until Saturday night... and now this is his first loss as LSU coach, so frick them, he cant count the wins either

If only they wouldn't have called pass interference... probably would have had his first in Starkville.

I've been surprised at your reaction to all of this. Everyone is disappointed and surprised at Saturday. But your attitude of this is hopeless, this is Hallman II and I hope we get blown out so O is fired is surprising to me.

I hated this hire since the moment it was made and thought it was the biggest mistake LSU has made since the Hallman days. It was incredibly lazy, you didnt get your number 1 or 2 guy so you jump to the number 80 guy who is already on staff and you keep a majority of the coaching staff on board, its ridiculous.... i have seen nothing so far to make me change my mind.

Never said this..

Hallman actually has a better record in the same amount of SEC games coached..think about that

Saturday actually reminded me of the end of the Dinardo era

Based on last season and USC a few years back, I think Coach O is one of the best interim head coaches you could ask for. And he's proven himself to be an excellent DL coach.

But zero SEC road wins as a full-time HC is concerning. I don't think that'll last long though, and I don't even think he's as bad as everyone thinks he is right now. He'll be more successful at LSU than he was at Ole Miss.
