Spurrier. Coach Boom gets honorable mention.

USC-E is hitting on all cylinders. To look like they are looking now is no easy task. The recruiting hurdles are much tougher to overcome in SCar vs. most other SEC schools.

Plus, I love Spurrier. Always have.

I always thought that "coach of the year" went to the guy who coached the surprise team of the year. I'm not saying Steve hasn't done a good job at USCe but people already had them penciled in for 10 wins. Florida on the other hand has been surprising people winning games that nobody gave them a chance to. So I would give it to Coach Muschamp right now.

Of those two, Spurrier and it isn't close. He absolutely mauled UGA.

Mullen has State in a good position, but I'm not sure if they aren't a bit of fools gold. Let State play a team with a pulse before we decide Mullen's worth.

Spurrier.
Wish we would have moneywhipped him into coming to A&M. He has a lot of miles left in him. The guy is legit and will be coaching for a long time to come. Hope he takes South Carolina to the next level.
