The ACC title game is an important game on Clemson's schedule if it wants to get to the playoffs.

I think all of these teams have shot to be ranked in addition to the 3 currently ranked ACC teams:

FSU
G Tech
Lville
BC
NCSU
Syracuse
Pitt
Duke

You seriously think they'll be ranked when you play them?

Because ACC homerism?

they'll be ranked if they make ACC title game.

I think G Tech wins that division this year though so they'll be ranked.

This has nothing to do with the ACC title game. This is about the regular season.

conference title games play a factor in SOS that is considered by committee for playoffs which is the topic.

has any Clemson person said Bama's schedule is a joke? I haven't seen that. I think playing a power 5 team like Louisville out of conference is good scheudling.

ok well I've already given a list of teams that I think could be ranked this season.

You are basing your projections on what happened last year.

if G Tech beats USF in Tampa this weekend, they probably will be ranked.

NCSU has West Virginia in a couple of weeks.

you are saying Clemson's schedule is easy b/c no other ACC team in its division is currently ranked as though that can't change.

I thought Duke looked pretty good in their win against Army...Clemson has Duke this year.

If DUke wins at NW this weekend, they will be ranked.

I think Duke, Cuse, NCSU, G Tech, Va Tech, Lville, BC all have solid QBs. I would think FSU's QB will improve ....he looked rusty after being injured all last year.

GT didn't get any receiving votes in the AP poll and they got 1 receiving vote in the the Coaches (last team listed). If they win, they still wouldn't be ranked.

People bitch about Clemson fans posting on here, but we truly do cater to them here.

i doubt that b/c USF is projected to win their conference.

i'm predicting Miss State loses at KSU so that will open up one spot. :)

If SC loses to UGA, they should be out too. I'm assuming they are barely in right now.

They dodged Pitt, but they still have to face Syracuse.

just a couple of years ago, JohnnY Football had to make incredible play after incredible to beat a Duke team in a bowl game that scored a ton of points.

So you are saying that GT will jump 16 other teams in the AP if they win this weekend to be ranked?

That Pitt team had NFL QB, RB and WR. they were one of the highest scoring teams in the country that year and beat Penn State who won the big 10 and beat OSU.

Cuse has a NFL QB and had two great WRs last year. But Bryant being injured only reason lost that one. Cuse can score points.

NSCU lost a lot on defense but they got a good QB and WRs and they usually play Clemson tough.

do you ever watch any games outside of SEC?

Dungy made incredible plays against Clemson last year. He's a baller. I think he's better than every QB in SEC except maybe Tua.
