Anddddd they are still going to smack that arse

You do realize that you can do this with just about every team. The ones that have a good offense anyway...so not us.

That means nothing at all...Look, Auburn may be us, but this "stat" is useless..

Yet they will still find a way to beat the Gus (LilBro) Bus and Company.

Were those 18 receiving TDs not thrown by Watson? Those TDs don't count double

I get what you are saying but 2000 yards and 18tds overlap in that stat

Their D is supposed to be pretty dang good though.

So these guys did more than the entire AU team last year?

Trying to help yourself feel better? They looked awfully crisp Saturday

Yes NYC is correct. Many passing yards and TDs are being doubled up by counting receiving yards and TDs of players no longer on the team. Plus Clemson played 15 games last year which skew these stats even more.

It's not likely anyone will match Watson's effect on the team this year, but it's not a matter of "Oh, they're gone and there's nothing we can do to replace them." Clemson does have a new quarterback and new runners. The QB is just not going to be as good as Watson. No idea about the tailback replacements, though.

Clemson will still field the better offense. Plus Pettway only bullies poor defenses so he won't be of much use to you.

This will make it look even worse for Auburn when Clemson beats them.

Well that's not true. Losing your best players is not a good thing especially this early in the season, not sure how you could argue otherwise.

When you use the term "Lost", this implies that the numbers cannot be replaced and that is why the stat is useless...Our WR's corp is as good as last year. Refrow and Cain had big years including being major contributors to both Playoff games...Our TE gets replced by Junior Milan Richard who will fill that roll fine...Clemson may be deeper at Running back than last year. We were almost a one trick pony with Gallman and we have so much more quality depth at that position with a ton of experience...
QB position is the only intangible..
I'll gladly give up a few of your "Stats" in exchange for a reduction of turnovers....
Again, your stat is meaningless..
