Only time i've ever had fans be really rude/hateful was after Florida beat us in the SECC game in 2006. I didn't take it personal as we were all slammed drunk too.

Me as well. Worst I've ever seen, bunch of cocksuckers who outnumbered us by about 20 to 1 when they were talking shite. Thus my hate for Florida.

nice. I tried to turn this guy's 20 down but he insisted to the point where it would have been awkward if I had have continued to refuse. lol

They hung around to take you back after the game?

Yes. I told them before the game if they wanted to leave early just text me and I would find a ride back. But they said no, they would hang around either way. We stayed until Saban got through talking and then ran to their car. Fortunately they'd only been waiting a couple of minutes.

You are stating at a hotel that provides that service but whining about cab fare? Something doesn't look right here...

I was told cab fare was $150/round trip to the game. It's way north Miami and we were staying in South Beach. But the worst part is trying to get a cab back competing with 1000's of others doing the same. So, I thought I would drive.

No bullshite, and football garbage aside, if you are going through a rough time...I hope that something pops up that brings a smile to your face. Honestly.

Glad you had a good experience with the fans; that's awesome. If you ever get a chance to see a game in Lincoln, NE....you'll find the most gracious group of fans anywhere. They treat opposing fans as their guests and go out of their way to make you feel welcome at their "home".
