Anyone else find it interesting this came out the first season following Jeremy Foley's retirement? May be an indication this was a common practice at UF and tolerated. Could lead to a lack of institutional control investigation, which Foley didn't want to deal with thus blemishing his successful career.

the story is plausible(if I heard the same story)
One guy does it, it works, then tells others. Happened at UGA

Wouldn't surprise me, all the Florida schools seem to cover a lot of shite up

This was credit card fraud, correct? If so, I'm not sure how Foley could do anything about that- I highly doubt those cc companies give a shite that they are football players.

From my understanding the players were using their stipend money put on their school ID to purchase items, sold the items online, then told the school that their IDs were stolen to get their initial stipend money replenished.

Calloway must have more photos of McElwain and the shark.

Well if that's it then completely ignore my previous comment- because that would be all school related.
Still doesn't seem like something an ad would condone, one would hope anyway.

UF players being scumbags is nothing new.

When you look at what Urban Meyer condoned while he coached at UF nothing is really surprising.
