The quote in question was in direct response to why he DOESN'T put himself more out in the public eye lol

Isn't the difference between arrogance and confidence knowing beyond a doubt that you can actually do something?

Sounds confident to me.

Chubb is one heck of a ball player, no doubt. But there is confidence and then there is pride. The Lambo analogy is more than confidence to me.

Never forget...Pride comes before the fall.

Uh huh. Take a look at Manziel's off-season while at aTm and Chubb's off-season, THEN tell me the difference between confidence and pride.

Let's also put the quote into context: It was tweeted out by one of his linemen. It's not lke he held a presser and told a bunch of reporters that he is like an italian sportscar. He didn't even directly say that's what he was; he just used the analogy as a way of explaining why he doesn't have a twitter or instagram. In other words, "My performance speaks for itself."

But, yeah, the guy that doesn't have a twitter or instagram in this day and age is definitely being too prideful...

I have zero issues with this comment. The kid never showboated and runs like a freight train. I love his work ethic and is one of my favorite college non-Auburn players. I absolutely hate we have to face him at least two more years. I know I will be chastised or corrected, but I think he is better than Gurley and that is purely my opinion.

I wish he would have done worse shite the way your team was playing. I don't expect any different from a coach who instructs his team to run on the field and taunt the other team after scoring a touchdown.

Yeah. Celebrating a TD against a team that's completely dominated you for the better part of TWO DECADES is the same as gauging eyes and trying to cause injury. Idiot.

Not at all. Everyone knows who has lost control of his team so long ago he is a punchline. Enjoy him for years to come. Haha
