I guess I'll be unpopular for this, but I absolutely can't stand chrome helmets. I mean it's not as bad as the soft matte one y'all have sported of late, but nothing meets the standard Arky's uniforms set until 2007.

I tend to agree with you, but I sorta like the chrome with the dark red.

Looks good, but might look better if they had kept the Hog white. seeing that pic there is looks better than the first one. IMO the running Hog is one of the best logos in college sports.

Hate it. Very tired of chrome on football uniforms. It's like a bunch of teenage girls with Bedazzle kits are designing CFB uniforms these days.

Well, we were tired of these:

I actually like it and I'm normally a traditionalist. For one bowl game, no harm.

I like it Arkansas has a classic look, and this does not detract from it too much and is a nice change of pace.

Yeah, for an alternate look, it isn't bad. At least we didn't go all Boise or Oregon. Keep the classic logo and base color, just make it all shiny. I don't mind it.

Too shiny, will distract Bert. May eat it.

Nah, looks too much like an apple.

Not a fan of the shiny chrome, but those aren't bad at all.

What is it today? Searching for an identity that will look pretty on TV or is to for the players to feel pretty? Guess I'm just too old to understand...

Give me traditional uniform of an LSU or, as much as I hate to say it...Alabama. Although occasionally my Tigers have slid down that slippery "prettiness" slope.

"Hey Hey Pretty Uniforms Matter"...I know, I know I should have shut-up after the first paragraph but just couldn't help it boys and girls.

I'm an older fan and I like it. Gets the players (kids) excited while keeping traditionalists happy.

You can thank Oregon for these shiny helmets and wild uniforms. They are a marketing campaign for Nike when they take the field and its spreading to other schools.
