LOL what was he supposed to do in that situation? It was a perfectly clean hit. Hard hits are apart of football. They are going to happen.

Actually, the Texas situation was on a punt. If this was a kickoff I assume the rules are different.

I don't believe the halo is in effect on a kickoff and no fair catch was called.

Because it was a kick off, and the MSU didnt call a fair catch. It was basically like an onside kick. I would have been furious had it been called.
