Doesn't get enough credit IMHO the best dlinenan in the sec. He's the only guy weve played all year that we just had no answer for single handedly took away ourgamep!an .hejst wasnt going to let us run the ball and made a second team all American guard his prison butch the entire game

That was about the only game all year that he played well He was nonexistent in the egg bowl And was bad to take off plays in other games. If he gets any kind of decent NFL grade though he will be gone. He caught some hell from some fans when it came out that he still corresponded with Hugh Freeze.

He has been overrated based off his high school ranking.
He needs to come back, improve conditioning, and go 100% on every play.

What NFL teams want to know about Jones:
A: Will he commit to being a football player
B: Will he stay in shape or eat himself out of house and home.
C: Take plays off and only play when he feels like it.
Jones can be as good as Jones wants to be and that would be a very good football player. Kills me these kids that have all the God given talent yet just try to coast through the game. I would send them all to the J.J. Watt school of how to play football.

This may have been the least informed thread ever started. Florida and Bama alone have at least 3 who perform better, probably more.

It is not our obsession. Just go look at your own boards. Several of YOUR fans were saying WTF. It DID become an issue when it came out that he had stayed in contact with Freeze the past three years. Bury your head in the sand and refuse to believe it.

Would be Bullard, Jarran Reed, or Myles Garrett.
Jones doesn't get enough credit tho, bc like Nkemdiche, DL should not be judged by stupid stats.
PFF grades are the much better indicator, and Jones and RN performed well.

Jones dominated LSU O line as a true freshman, I thought he would be an all american based on that game. He's no more consistent now then he was then. When he wants to be, he is unblockable. He disappears for long periods of time for no reason. Lacks a full time motor.

Seems you pay more attention to our boards than I do. Id be more worried if Mullen was keeping in touch with players than stood him up.
