Maybe Bama shouldn't, but so far he has shown us we can not only stop his offense, but break the heart of his defense.

Surely you took that as tongue and cheek. I would hope so at least. I saw that a few times and to me it always just seemed like a bs reply to the relevance of the 5-19 at ISU.

It's simple and a never ending circle. Au fans say something about Bama, Bama then uses it against Au, the Au fans use that against Bama repeat infinity. not a big deal.

Acknowledged: Saban has proven to be a great coach. Chiz is unproven. But, this year's record, as it relates to Saban year 2 at Bama, will not be the determining factor in whether Chiz is or not.

I'm a big believer in year 2 telling you what kind of coach you have. Stoops, Fulmer, Spurrier, Carroll, Tressel, Saban, and Meyer all won at least 10 games in year 2.
Year 2 tells you whether you've got a coach on that level or not.

I'm not saying we'll get 10 regular season wins. I'd say 8 or 9 is more likely.
I think Chiz is a good coach but not on the level of those guys I listed. I'd love to be proven wrong though.

I think he can get ya'll to 10 win seasons consistently after year 3. If he can keep Gus and continue to recruit as good as this year.

I believe the OL will be one of the best in the SEC next year. We will be much better and have depth on D. I see a 10 win season. Time will tell.
