Actually, the real story (I know because I read the original post) was not even related to LSU. The original post was on a Nebraska or other Midwest team's (I can't remember) message board. I thought it was funny at the time. Years later, an Auburn fan took that post and inserted LSU wherever the other teams name was. It didn't matter that at that time everyone knew what he did, all the Auburn fans took it and ran with it. Eventually it spread to younger fans of other SEC teams who assumed it was about LSU. The original guy deserves credit for it being funny, Auburn person just plagiarized it.

I could agree with this. Not sure why Texas fans would be offended.
