While I agree, people should not cheer when a player is down, and I didn't, FWIW, LSU has been the best team in the country over the last few years at faking injuries.
It's kinda like the girl who cried wolf. It's obvious that there were quite a few fake injuries, so most people will assume that they aren't hurt most of the time. JMO.
