NOW how in the hell do you untangle that mess?

One week at a time, as the losses happen. It's no different than what's been done in the past.

No basically about it. Marshall has a better chance, if we don't.

Someone explained it in a thread yesterday. Idk all the tie breakers and how it would work, but the general consensus in the thread was that it is technically still possible for LSU to win the west with a lot of help.

LSU needs quite a few games to work out perfectly. It's not that any one of those games is so unlikely that makes it far fetched, it's just the sheer number of things LSU needs to happen.

Anyway, it is highly unlikely that LSU makes the playoff, so don't let these posts ruin the Black Bear, Auburn, Bama, Moo St circle jerk.

You can't vote for your own school? No way that's true. Teams would be penalized for having a representative. Not being able to vote for your own school only works if every school has a representative.

Absolutely not. MSU, Auburn, FSU and Oregon win out, TCU and Sparty are SOL. Alabama, Ole Miss, FSU, and Oregon win out, TCU and Sparty are SOL.

You literally haven't followed the process at all, have you?

Did forget about Oregon, but if there are 4 conference champs, with no more than 1 loss, Auburn isn't going.

What if LSU beats Bama.
Auburn beats Ole Miss.
Bama beats miss state.
Bama beats auburn.
And ole miss beats miss state..

Then you have 5 SECW teams sitting at 9-2. Untangle THAT mess.

You're not paying attention. Look at the only possible games Sparty has left to play. After meeting for two whole days, the committee just came out tonight and told the world that they think the Big Ten is dog shite. If Auburn wins out, Auburn will get wins over Ole Miss, Bama, and Georgia. Sparty won't even get ONE win as impressive...much less three. No chance in hell that Sparty would jump a one loss Auburn or Alabama.

Doesn't that automatically leave Auburn with the best conf record?
Edit: Forgot about the Georgia game.

It is October brah, not December. MSU, Ole Miss, Bama, Auburn and yes even LSU are still in the hunt. Still a lot of football to be played. The SEC West has not been won yet.

If Sparty is left out, it won't be because of the SEC. I still firmly believe, that only team from the SEC will be in.
