Actually it would be interesting to see how many different teams have won since '95.
I know the multiple NC winners since '95 (2 or more):
Miami, Ohio State, Florida, Alabama, USC, FSU, and LSU.
The others: Auburn, Texas, Oklahoma, Tennessee.
So 11 different teams since 1995. The SEC is responsible for 10 NCs since 1995.
