Without a doubt. He had intention. He tried to cover it up. He gloated about it on Twitter the night of the game. And then he denied it today. He has a history of it. He is guilty.

Here. Guilty. Kinda sorta maybe deserves a 1-game suspension. I swear that opinion has nothing to do with MSU's next game being against A&M. Maybe.
