Well one must compete for an SEC title to truly be classified as "the best East team" so until that happens

Sorry you have comprehension issues with how being the best team in the East works. Hey I lost 4 times, but the team ahead of me lost one time to a top 2 team in the country , but we're better than them after giving up a 4th and 27!

So apparently Mizzou has higher football standards than Tennessee. Well then...
Who has the better overall winning percentage? Who has more conference and national championships? Who has more All Americans and NFL draft picks? Who's spent more time in the polls? I could go on and on.
