I love a good summary judgment. There are so many cases a jury has no business hearing, yet they do. Judges use the law and juries use emotion. Emotion usually leads to unjust outcomes.

I would hope so. The kid needs to quit looking for someone to blame for his lack of an NFL career and move on with his life. Everyone knows football is a sport that can take out anyone at any time. See Tyrone Prothro, Bo Jackson, Cooper Manning, etc.....

How is that? No one knows that he would have had a career in the NFL. He was still getting an education for free towards a degree to help him get a career outside of football. That is a big assumption that a career was lost due to his injury.

Kid was just looking for a payday...but my gosh...I would have loved to see what Prothro would have done had it not been for that injury.
