The post I was responding to said that he was tired of his dfense being tired due to the poor offense. Was his defense tired when only being on the field for 1/3rd of the game vs bama? Then why were we on roller skates for the last 50 seconds?
Chavis plays a basic 4-3 with no complicated stunts or blitzes. He teaches it well and gets his players to buy in. He has superior athletes and an offense that keeps his defense fresh. He also has a crazy amount of depth to rotate in so his players are fresh. Thats a lot of luxuries that wont be there for him at TAMU. It also means that we arent replacing Saban here.

Yeah the same defense that gave up 31 to Miss state by the third & 38 in the first half to Auburn.
That's really "keeping us in the game"
And a good defense doesn't blowing a dozen games on the 2 minute drill
