Um. That lawyer wouldn't have anything to do with charges vs tunsil. I'm not sure but I don't think Mr Miller was prosecuting him. In fact, guess what, that lawyer would not even be in court for anything having to do with charges vs tunsil. You must not be or have been a student. I smell sidewalk fan.

That's one reason, but certainly not the only one.
Lack of evidence is another big one, as is facts not matching the victim and/or police's narrative. I suspect some combination of the aforementioned was at play here.
