Despite getting their arse kicked, Ole Miss proved it has a quarterback last night. In my opinion yesterday was Chad Kelly's best game despite a fumble and an interception. Without him making some NFL like throws, and scrambling, Ole Miss might not have had 100 yards of offense. The offensive line got absolutely abused all night, they looked like they couldn't block some 5A Texas HS Defensive lines. He never once had more than 3 seconds to throw, and despite the pitiful performance he stood in the pocket and took blow after blow. By the end of the game, his Jersey looked like the field. Bo would have bitched out and quit, Chad never did.

Lessons learned, Ole Miss better get healthy along the line and on Defense, but Chad showed some skill and grit we havnt had since Eli. Yes, I am comparing him to Eli in that regard.

Nope. He's overrated. Don't look at the stats or any other evidence proving otherwise. Worst QB in the SEC. Even Harris is better than him.

Melt when they win. Melt when they lose. Rebs can't keep it together.

Not melting. Just pointing out facts. He really sucks as does our team. Just not sure why people are acting like Florida's win over us was such a big win because we obviously suck.

Right. Our team sucks. So why is everyone acting like Florida is some great team when they beat a team that sucks?

Exactly. Average QB at best. Florida beat a severely overrated team with an average QB. Why is this being championed as some great victory then?

Eli proved his worth & talent over 3 yrs of SEC play. Swag has played 5 games, 2 against basically Div. II teams. As an LSU fan I am no Eli fan, but give me a break: 3 seasons vs 5 games.

Couldn't agree more. Kelly could have easily said screw it, but he kept competing. I'm pissed about how bad we played, but at the end of the day it's one bad loss on the road in the SEC. Losing night games at Gainesville, Tuscaloosa, or Baton Rouge isn't the worst thing considering how tough those environments are. We look really bad now, but we'll see if freeze make adjustments and proves he's more than just a recruiter and is worth the money

He and Treadwell were the only one on offense that gave a shite last night.
