Wisconsin is the big 10 championship game

OSU will also have one more game to play in the B1G title game. They aren't leaving a 1 loss Ohio State and Big 10 conference champion out of the playoff.
That was included in the scenario above

If OM beats Arkansas and we beat a top 10 OM in oxford then we are in IMO. The committee isnt there to put teams in whose name is more attractive they are there to put in the 4 most deserving.
So far they've done that. If state wins out they'll have a hard time dropping us considering our last win would be against a top 10 team on the road

@ Virginia (46) : dead last place in the Costal
Memphis (36) : not Big 5 school
Texas (38) : lost 5 early on, which included UCLA
@ Arizona State (29) : 3rd to last in South
vs Utah (28) : 2nd to last in South, lost
vs Oregon (2) : lost
@ Cal (47) : currently .500 for the season
@ Colorado (74) : dead last in the South
vs Arizona (26) : 4th to last in South
@ Washington (39) : just above .500 for the season
vs USC (15) : not played yet
vs Stanford (21) : not played yet
Put it another way, do we see #3 or #4 team in the SEC East being ranked #11?
Missouri #1, with 2 conference games remaining
Georgia #2, with 0 conference games remaining
Florida #3, with 0 conference games remaining
South Carolina #4, with 0 conference games remaining

Based on what I'm seeing. MSU gets in. All they have to do is win out. They would have the 3rd best SOS of playoff teams. Am I missing something?
UCLA - out
Ole Miss - out
Georgia - out

Georgia - out

If we are punishing Baylor for their shitty OOC why not State?

Baylor also has a shitty conference schedule.

And OSU will have beaten Wisconsin the last weekend (who isn't great but is good enough to give them a bump).
Granted we beat Ole Miss, Wisconsin isn't as good, so that point is irrelevant.

They have a Top 10 win

Who cares what place ASU, Arizona, Utah are in the South? That's like saying Ole Miss, Auburn and Arkansas are awful.
And I didn't say UCLA was good, I said their schedule was good. They could easily go 9-3 and not even go to the title game.

Who's punishing Baylor?
Didn't win conference outright
State didn't win conference outright
Lost 1 game
State lost 1 game
Baylor lost to West Virginia
State lost to Alabama
Pretty clear cut, IMO.

But OSU would have done it on the last weekend.
If Ole Miss wins this weekend and then State goes in and wins in Oxford I would probably feel pretty good. But if Ole Miss loses to Arkansas then the OSU hype machine is going to get revved up.
Again, I think it's crap, but it is one of those things you can clearly see coming. The pundits are already laying the groundwork. I don't know why this is pissing you off so bad. I don't want it to happen, State would be getting kicked in the nuts, but it is a legitimate possibility.

Good because 9-3 wouldn't sniff the title game in the SEC West either.

Thanks to Alabama, LSU, Florida, Arkansas, Auburn, Georgia, etc we get picked over OSU due to lineage after a road blowout in the egg bowlol.

Miss state only make the final cfp top 4 if the win the sec. They will not make it otherwise.

And State would have a much better set of top end wins. Baylor would have beaten TCU at home and.........Kansas State at home? That's it.
Big XII is not very good this season compared to past years.

True, but I don't think they will.

Show me where I got "pissed off".
I'm making counterpoints. Is that cool with you, Schedule Genius?
