Did anyone notice the complete non answer from the CFP guy when he was pressed with the facts on why Oregon was ranked over Texas and Bama? Blah, blah, Bo Nix is good, blah, blah

You think they’re gonna move a 11-1 team in before a 12-1 conference champ?

Fair list.

Fair enough, this weeks games will settle things out. Texas passes tOSU with a win and Oregon gets in with a win over unbeaten Washington.

A Georgia loss is where the drama kicks in.

What stuck out to me was the “they’re a different team” when he was pressed about FSU. Seemed to me like there is a possibility that even if they win narrowly, they’re out.

That would be some Grade-A bullshite if they pulled that crap. If FSU wins, they deserve to be in, period.

FSU would be at least 7 point underdogs against Bama, Texas, or OSU.

All 2024 big 10 and sec teams except 1. Can’t see how the current CFP format could work next year

The committees disrespect to Liberty is astounding. They should be #5

If Bama wins it will be:

1-Michigan
2-Pac winner
3-Florida St
4-Texas
5-Bama
6-UGA

If they cancel out an undefeated FSU it's absolute BS, which means it's a real possibility.

The Oregon love and determination to send the Pac out with a CFP berth is unreal.

So even if Bama beats Georgia they're still out.

Glad UGA is still #1. If Alabama wins Saturday (and that is a big if), it’ll be nice to have a victory over the #1 team on Alabama’s resumé.

Why would you put Texas ahead of tOSU at this point? tOSU only loss was a close game at Michigan.
Texas had it easy against the weak Big 12 while Ohio State had to compete in the toughest division in college football.
