I don't see why this is needed. The chaos is part of what makes the sport so good, and why practice is so important.

And the regionalism, and the rivalries, and the importance of the regular season, and team loyalty, and ... basically everything that is going away. frick this.

Just to be clear, i'm whatever about the headsets and tablets and skeptical about the 2 minute warning (will just be a way to show more ads). Just hate the way everything is going.

Doubt Heupel uses it , would slow us down. Banks will be using it defensively imo

Don't have a problem one way or the other with any of these. Fine with having them, but also fine if they weren't added.

Can we also get the NFL replay rules? I’m so tired of reviews for random 2 yard gains in the second quarter.

Had to do something about sign stealing after the Michigan disaster.

It's not. None of the shite of the last 10 years is needed at all. It's change simply forthe sake of change. Thej powers that be want CFB to be an exact replica of the NFL and are hellbent on doing it. They dont' udnersatnd that if people wanted to watch the NFL they would simply do it...people watch CFB because it ISN'T the NFL.

I propose they do away with the 2 minute warning altogether so teams have to hold on to timeouts and don’t get bailed out of a delay of game penalty or being out leveraged on a play.

From what I heard during bowl season, the helmet communication was active throughout the entire play, so the coaches could basically tell the QB what to do during the play and who to throw to and where players were. At least in NFL it cuts out with 15 seconds on the playclock or when the ball is snapped.

Your auto debit for ESPN channels each month is all CFB brokers are worried about. As long as the fan financing continues, they could care less about anything else.

You don’t see it because you’re a fan of college football. You, me, and everyone here are irrelevant.

TV networks saw an opportunity to sell a multi million dollar commercial slot, and that’s all that matters in CFB anymore.

20 years ago I would have said nothing would kill CFB

but lately I am beginning to think eventually they are going to run fans off. Less people care now. Less diehards

Not until you can actually get up and continue to run after tripping on your own shoelace. It's called tackle football for a reason, not fall down by yourself football.

This seems like a no brainer.

Brent Venables probably punched a wall when he found out about this.
