Do away with celebration penalties? These aren't professionals. If a kid makes a great play, let them celebrate.

Put yourself in their situation at that age. Would u be able to control your emotions after a great play? I couldn't. My son is 20 and i know he couldn't. They aren't grown men yet.

It's like every other law that gets passed that is unnecessary. Isn't there already an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty?
