Was that during or after the show? If it was after, it means LSU won in OT again.

"Dude, in general, LSU fans on the SECr are degenerate, shameless, callous, possum-eating, illiterate, instigating, delusional, schizophrenic, disrespectful, immature sacks of swamp scum. "

Here's how we see it:

1925 - This is a legitimate national title. Alabama went 9-0, and went on to beat Washington in the Rose Bowl to claim its first ever National Title.
# of Championships: 1

1926 - Also a legit title. Alabama went 9-0 again, and tied Stanford in the Rose Bowl. Nowadays, this would probably be a shared title. But because of no overttime, a winner had to be selected, and the polls chose Alabama as the strongest team.
# of Championships: 2

1930 - Alabama went 9-0 again, and destroyed Washington State in the Rose Bowl, 24-0. The polls gave a shared championship with Notre Dame in this year, but realistically, this should have been an outright title for Alabama. Count up the 3rd in 5 years for Bama.
# of Championships: 3

1934 - Another legit title for Bama. Went 9-0 again, and beat Stanford again in the Rose Bowl. By now, if you had not figured it out, The Rose Bowl was basically the de facto National Championship game. 10-0 and another title.
# of Championships: 4

1941 - Bogus title. Alabama finished the regular season 8-2, 3rd in the Southeastern Conference. We defeated Texas A&M in the Cotton Bowl, but finished 20th in the AP Poll. Alabama does not deserve a national title for this year. We hate to do it, but we have to strip Alabama of this title.
# of Championships: still 4.

1961 - Well, it was the longest drought in school history since our first title. But Coach Bryant came in and got it done. We went 11-0 and beat Arkansas in the Sugar Bowl. We were voted national champs by the AP and Coaches Poll.
# of Championships: 5

1964 - Here it gets a little dicey again. We, the Fine Line, are going by TODAY's standards, not the standards of 1964. This is the last year the NC's would be awarded by the AP Poll before bowl games. Alabama went 10-0 in the regular season, and lost to Texas in the Orange Bowl. Arkansas went undefeated, and deserved to take home the title. # of Championships: still 5.

1965 - Here is the 2nd legit title under Bryant's tenure. Alabama went 8-1-1 in the regular season and beat Nebraska in the Orange Bowl. We were selected as National Champions by the AP Poll, AFTER the bowl games.
# of Championships: 6

1966 - Alabama went undefeated, and destroyed Nebraska in the Sugar Bowl. But Notre Dame and Michigan State tied in their bowl game, and still finished ahead of Alabama. This is one that really could go to Alabama. But since the AP Poll gave Notre Dame 41 of 56 votes, they are the champions. Thank goodness this kind of stuff doesn't happen nowadays. By today's standards, ND would still be the Champion, because they played in the title game. If we leave out Auburn in the 2004 year, we have to leave out Alabama in 1966.
# of Championships: still 6.

1973 - Oh boy, didn't realize there were so many championships like this. Ouch, this one is gonna have to be stripped as well(by today's standards). Alabama went 11-0 in the regular season, and lost to Notre Dame in the Sugar Bowl. The Coaches Poll awarded Alabama a National Title BEFORE the bowl games. Because of the controversy, the Coaches Poll waited until after the bowl games to award their NC's starting in 1974.
# of Championships: still 6.

1978 - Alabama went 10-1 in the regular season and beat #1 Penn State in the Sugar Bowl. We were awarded the National Title by the AP Poll, and we were deserving of it.
# of Championships: 7

1979 - Alabama went 11-0 in the regular season and beat Arkansas in the Sugar Bowl. We were awarded the national title by the AP and Coaches Poll's.
# of Championships: 8

1992 - We went 13-0, defeating Florida in the SEC Championship game, and Miami in the National Title game, the Sugar Bowl. Undisputed. 8)
# of Championships: 9

2009 - ;D :victory:
# of Championships: 10

Right we get it. You linked freaking Bleacher Report. I dispelled it with a credible site, so you copied and pasted a clearly anti-Alabama Bleacher Report article. Well done.

Discredit our history all you want. Please have fun explaining Alabama's
all-time record 58 bowl appearances
all-time record 33 bowl victories
all-time record 31 10-win seasons
all-time record 22 10-game winning streaks
winning record against every SEC school, current and former
all-time record 22 SEC championships.
