What is the wild card sport?

The wild-card spot went to the most successful among the school's following spectator sports: softball, men's lacrosse, men's ice hockey, men's soccer, wrestling, volleyball, women's soccer or women's gymnastics.

I bet the CBS broadcasts are weighed more. Look at how high Kentucky is.

so they weighed the 4 highest rating sports and a "wild card" sport, yet no one in the SEC cracked the top 15. lol ok

Did the SEC as a whole rank any lower than that in any individual sport that they played?
