We did until John Rothstein ranked us 5th. Now, we suck.

No, you have Jones as your coach.

I'll eat my right foot if MSU finishes Top 4 in the SEC next season

“Kentucky will still be the anchor of the league,” Rothstein said, emphasizing the impact Alex Poythress will have next season. He’s also pushing his chips in on Texas A&M, putting him second in his rankings.
“I firmly believe that Billy Kennedy has the best 10-man rotation in the SEC,” Rothstein said. “I think Texas A&M is a bonafide Top 25 team.”
In a refreshing move, Rothstein only put LSU fifth despite the additions of elite 2015 prospects Ben Simmons and Antonio Blakeney.
“They’ve lost Jarell Martin and Jordan Mickey. That’s something people need to look at. With [Martin and Mickey], they lost to Auburn twice and didn’t win an NCAA Tournament game,” Rothstein argued. “Talent is not an issue, but how they play, chemistry…there’s a lot of question marks.”

Nah.. We'll be better, but not that much better. I guess it is a power ranking and we do have a lot of offseason momentum, so that probably has a lot to do with his ranking.

Auburn should be two spots higher

This, considering what we lost. I just want to get back to the tourney and the top 6 got in last year

Good proven coach, we signed the #1 guard in the nation, and have a senior laden team.

well if anyone knows anything about LSU basketball....it's John mothafrickin' Rothstein

New coach who has Final Four appearances, signed one of the best players in the nation and another top player, many returning starters and players(that matters right? y'all act like that's all that matters in football).

Rothstein had Howland on KSR this morning...I like what Howland had to say about the Dawgs, mentioned he thought Newman could be a Dru Holiday type of impact player.

MSU will not finish about Georgia. MSU wont finish in the top 7 of the league. Howland is a hack.
