DFW, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, BR, NOLA say Hi!

Yes the Aggie games get high ratings in Austin.

And Kansas City and St. Louis will be watching also.

Serious question, how did Mizzou/UGA get a higher rating than Mizzou/USC but had less viewers?

more people overall were watching TV at 7pm than they were at 11am

so even though the 7pm game had more total viewers, the 11am game captured a higher percentage of viewers watching TV at the time.

Numbers from last weekend:

Saturday’s LSU/Alabama college football game drew a 6.9 overnight rating on CBS, down from the network’s lone primetime game last season, Alabama/LSU in week ten (7.0). The 6.9 is the second-highest college football overnight of the season on any network, trailing only the Alabama/Texas A&M game in week three (9.0). LSU/Alabama trounced all concurrent competition — including Notre Dame/Pittsburgh on ABC (1.9), Texas/West Virginia on FOX (1.6), and Virginia Tech/Miami on ESPN (1.2). The second-highest overnight of week eleven was a 4.1 for the Thursday night Oregon/Stanford game on ESPN. The 4.1 is the third-highest of the season for college football on cable, trailing only Georgia/South Carolina (4.8) and Michigan/Notre Dame (5.6), both of which aired in week two. Returning to Saturday’s action, the Mississippi State/Texas A&M game on CBS ranked third for the week with a 3.1 overnight — down 53% from Texas A&M/Alabama last year (6.6), but up 11% from Auburn/Georgia in 2011 (2.8).

A&M and LSU = Ratings, big ratings. I would expect it will pull about a 4.0 and maybe higher.
