the bama loyalist, PAWL FINEBAUM, just proclaimed that Jayden Daniels is the best player in college football!! THE PAWL FINEBAUM.... say it ain't so. Must be difficult for all those bama fans to accept. How could PAWL disown bama so fast??

Finebaum has literally never been a Bama loyalist. Ever. He made it big by keeping Bama fans stirred up on local radio in Birmingham.
I haven’t seen any Bama fan say that Daniels isn’t the best player in college football. If there are any, there aren’t many.
However, you people will be mercilessly made fun of if he doesn’t win the Heisman, as you’ve attached the value of your season to that trophy.
Those things aren’t mutually exclusive.

I have seen plenty of Alabama fans say JD should win the Heisman, myself included.
I don’t think you would find many fans of the a SEC school support a PAC 12 QB in a division where the teams don’t play defense over a QB who has put up the numbers JD had against SEC defenses!

I think JD should win the Heisman. History, especially recent history says he probably won't. Especially if Oregon wins the upcoming rematch with Washington.
