You realize by that same measure Georgia hasn't been relevant since 1980 or 37 years.
When was Georgia's last National Championship appearance? Surely it's not prior to 1998.

Hmm lets see UGA has won sec titles, had multiple finishes in top ten and won bcs games. Has tenn done that since 1999???. Uga has been more relevant. Good try trudy

Now you guys lose to Vanderbilt on homecoming games, get blown out by 5-7 Ole Miss teams, lose to Georgia Tech at home and need small miracles to beat Kentucky, Missouri and Nichols St.
On the National championships, surely Georgia has one more recently than Auburn and Tennessee?

Ladies and gents. Your preaseason playoff team a year ago. Still doesnt take the fact away..UGA has more success recently. Even losing to a bad gamecocks team, vandy and struggling with small teams.
