Sorry if this has already been discussed.
But I wonder if they could hire someone, anyone, right now to at least fill some type of role in coaching.
There are a number of unemployed coaches that I'm sure could offer some type of support, albeit probably limited due to its being nearly mid season.

Yes. Limit is 9 on staff (11 including GA), not 9 "under contract."
Oh, and wrong board

According to this board they are 100% better after firing 2 coaches. Just think how dominant they would be if they fired more!

They promoted some folks into the coaching roles. For example, LSU assistant OL coach Eric Mateos was promoted to TE coach.

So odd to think they will be better firing OC and promoting the tight end coach mid-season. LSU offense will be worse as a result. Such a knee-jerk decision.

When was the last time Ensminger was OC at the collegiate level? It's been twenty years or so right?
But...upgrade. Lol

So I looked it up and it has been 18 years.
When you think about it though, what does the guy have to lose? If the offense improves it only how truly inept Cam was. If it doesn't, oh well, you were moving on anyway.
I think I'll actually root for the guy. Could make for a good comeback story.
We're still going to whoop y'all arse though.
