LSU beats Texas A&M 60.2% of the time. Texas beats them 66.5% of the time. You do whatever you need to do to feel better about this fact.

When you look at where the actual games were played, it's amazing the LSU series is behind the Texas series.
At least we split hosting games with Texas, but we went to LSU for years without getting a return game.

These are just a couple of quick google searches. You can put rivalry on anything to promote it, including a towel.
I've seen rivalry on countless LSU apparel/gear throughout the years.
- LSU auburn was huge early to mid 2000s
- LSU Bama late 2000's to present
- LSU ark always kind of had a thing
- LSU ole miss is a long standing rivalry
- LSU UF turned into a rivalry in the early 2000s since we have both been in contention for championships. Not really a rivalry but it has been promoted as such before
We have no "true rival" and neither do you in the SEC. Become a pain in our arse instead of an afterthought and we'll see
