UGA is in the tournament, they aren't even considered a bubble team.
All brackets have them as the 3rd SEC right now.
And unless UGA completely collapses against AU, which is unlikely, the first time they played UGA had a lot of injuries ; which they don't have now.

I don't see why not. Georgia has all the ingredients, they just haven't figured out the recipe.

Probably a sellout game.
Black out night.
GA.Coach keeping players in hotel for first time all season away from the huge atmosphere of UK coming in.
Most every team plays harder against us and at least one person has a career night.
It COULD be close, but unless we completely shite the bed, we should cruise. No disrespect, but with Lyles back 100%, we are clicking on all cylinders.
CATS - 79
Dawgs - 60

This would effectively punch UGA's ticket to the NCAA's. But with a loss, it gets REALLY tight unless you win the conference tourney.

It is definitely possible but I fully expect UK to win, I just hope the game is close enough to keep the atmosphere fun and exciting.

In at 19-11, 20-12? I don't know ...

Lunardi is usually spot on with this stuff and he has UGA as an 8 seed right now. It's hard to drop from there to out of the tournament with a loss to #1 Kentucky

If this UGA team beats UK at home after losing to Auburn and South Carolina in Stegeman then I'm done with college hoops for awhile

That's because the Arkansas posters on here are the biggest pile of shite. I guess there's nothing better to do in the shite state then post garble on a message board and bring their stupidity to the rest of the nation. They stupidly get their hopes up, talk a bunch of trash, then tuck tail and run. On their way back to the armpit of the country, they claim "none of us really thought we'd win...." This is consistent across all sports for them too.
That arse still stinging from the January arse whipping we gave you at home huh?
99% of us knew we weren't gonna beat UK at home this year. We weren't just gonna bend over and take it without talking shite like you Georgia pussies are doing. With our recent run at them we damn sure wasn't scared like the dawgs are.

When I posted that, I was going off my perceived strength of UGA, the times I watched them play Bama, their record and the fact they play in the SEC, and a glance at the schedule where there were no wins that popped out as impressive.
After going back through, there are some nice nonconference wins like Seton Hall and KSU, and the fact that you swept a solid Ole Miss team.
I think UGA's resume is a little stronger than I first realized, but if I were a UGA fan I wouldn't be making travel plans yet. Losing to UK is certainly nothing to cause shame, but beating auburn doesn't do anything in the opposite direction...and losing to them would be rough.
Good luck.

Our RPI improves just playing them.

The Kentucky front line is traditionally made up of a couple of tall athletic freshmen one and done types that are impressive to look at but need a couple tries to make a basket outside of 2 feet. They aren't difficult to guard and Arkansas seemed to hold their own with them on the boards and we're not a very good rebounding team.
Kentucky's strength is their guard play, we couldn't keep them from penetrating to the basket and scoring and that is something we have typically been very good at.
