If we didn't have them we would shoot lightyears ahead of every other conference, making it too unfair for the rest of the world. We need their mediocrity to hold us back and keep the playing field close to level.

I know you are challenged but this thread is about OM. You are free to start a thread about UF. However, this one is about how useless OM is to the SEC academically and athletically.

Don't talk shite about UF. They're of similar mind to Texas A&M as one of the few AAU schools in this conference. Know your place.

They keep the league more Southern, and by Southern I mean the folksy, persistently-racist type of Southernness that a lot of Southern people adore.

Should just remove entire state of mississippi and mizzouri. Both M states. Missouri, MSU, and OM all suck in all 3 major sports and offer very little academically. Basically just bring the conference's reputation of success down.
