Damn, I hope you guys are right. You're more confident about A&M than most Ags.

They'll probably all be 1 TD dogfight games, which we'll be playing with a frosh QB. I share your outlook, but I'm confident we have a good chance to win all. Could go either way, but thats a fun game to me. That 1st half of the Florida game was the most fun I'd had at a game since 2010.

Its refreshing to get out of the Big XII 45-35 games. The TDs in those games are just slutty. Slutty fricking fat chicks.

I think we beat Mizzou. You owned Mike Sherman just like we owned Mike Andseron. I don't think that carries over into the Sumlin era. Really, you guys seem to be having quite a few injuries and you might be pretty beat up by that last game.

We could be too though, but I still think we win.

I could see us winning 2 or 3 of those 4.

Your not gonna come into the grindhouse that is Starkvegas and coming out with a W. Especially when were rocking the all-white snow bowl uni's.

Can Manziel throw more than ten yards? If so, we have a chance at all four. If not, two is the ceiling.

@MSU is definitely one of the tougher games on our schedule right now.

If we do that, plus win the 5 games we're supposed to win, that's an 8-4 (4-4) regular season.

The last time we joined a new conference (Big 12), our first conference record was 4-4 as well. Of course, we're not going to shite the bed against Louisiana-Lafayette this year.

If we go 8-4 in Sumlin's first SEC go-round...and WIN the bowl game, then the possibilities commence:

For the 2013 season, we would return:

Manziel (RS Sophomore)
Malena, Trey Williams (and Brandon Williams would be eligible)
Evans and Johnson at WR
4/5 starting OL (assuming Luke and Jake don't declare)
3/4 of our starting DL
3/4 of our starting DBs
starting kicker

and we would add a pretty deep class

Merlin is 1-12 against the SEC not named Ole Miss and suddenly he is unbeatable at home?

That's a false statistic.

You know what isn't though?

Sumlin is 0-1 in the SEC.

Actually, he's 8-14 if you include the entire SEC.

Mississippi State 3-2 all time against aTm if we want to bring out the records.

If you think State is going to be anything short of a grind, you didn't watch the Auburn game on Saturday. State has the horses to play with anyone in the country. I will be VERY pleased if we come out of there with an ugly, 1-point, quintuple-overtime victory.

We know. The last game was another mark on R.C. Choke 'em's record.

I won't care as long as it is a win. We are far more talented than State. A loss would be an indictment on our coaching staff, and I can only handle so many of those.
